Program description. By texting the keyword TAX to (720) 669-7177, or by checking the SMS consent box on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Community Help Center (Denver Tax Firm LLC). Messages include responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, document requests, tax return status updates, service confirmations and, if you opted in to them, occasional tax-season reminders and tax tips.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to use our services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call (303) 667-4110.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We prepare and electronically file tax returns based on the information and documents you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
Fees are disclosed before your return is filed. Fees may be paid upfront or, where available and if you choose, deducted from your refund through a refund transfer product offered by a third-party bank, which requires a separate application and consent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question.
